I had a tubal ligation almost 12 years ago. I've never missed a period in that time. This month I'm 2. 5 weeks late. I have been faithful to one partner for almost 2 years now. Recently, I've been diagnosed with a L4-L5 disc problem and my physician put me on Ultram for the pain. Could a change in medication cause a shift in my cycle?
