Pain While passing urine

Hi
There is a pain on left side of Groin Region
while passing urine.
Advise the possible causes and line of treatment.

I found this stuff that stats with a Z that is used for diaper rash on babies..it helps! It creates a barrier of some sort, I use it right before I urinate. That was a tip for anyone experiencing similar problems.
