Pain (sometimes) below testicles when ejaculating

Well when I masturbate it sometimes hurts if I keep my legs close together vs spread apart sometimes... It's been going on a month or so and it's a sharp pain below my testicles. Any ideas what this could be? My testicles feel fine, my penis feels fine, but the space between my bum and testicles hurt... I don't have insurance and I'm not exactly too worried about it but it's been on my mind.
