I'm 14, and get the constant urge to urinate after masturbation, but I can't. It doesn't happen at any other time.

I'm really worried about this, and it's quite painful.. help!

Okay then, the urge to urinate probably stems from the arousal of the sexual organs irritating the urethra and the engorging of blood to the nether regions may cause some pressure on the bladder.

You can't urinate straight after masturbation, because sperm and urine leave the penis through the same tube: (the urethra) The explanation behind urination difficulties after ejaculation is that the urethra becomes closed off to the bladder when the man has an erection and therefore prevents the flow of urine at the same time as semen. You will have a hard time trying to push urine through your urethra during erection or shortly after because it is blocked off at the bladder to prevent semen and urine from being in the urethra at the same time.

You may have to wait until you are completely no longer aroused for comfortable urination!
