I have been taking yasmin 28 since my daughter was born two years ago. I should have started a new pack on Sunday. It's Friday now and I didn't start the pills back. But for the past few days I have had bad cramping. I want to know if it's normal to have cramping when you stop taking the pill.

yes this is normal, it may take a little while for your cycle to settle down to normality again.

Although bear in mind, now you have discontinued the pills you are no longer protected. Many couples "slip up" after being so used to being able to have unprotected sex for so long.
