Pain and hard lump in testicle

A few months ago I was getting a hard lump in my testicle that hurts and made my groin ache and it would swell up almost like a pocket on my testicle, it went away after a few weeks.

It has now come back as of 2 days ago... can anyone help me ?

Sounds bad. You shall consult your GP immediately without fail. Your situation demands rulling out for cancer.
