also called the 'gooch'

hi i am a 17 year old male
and for the past couple months
i have been having a reoccuring itch in my gooch

a few days ago i started walking a bit much
and the itch became pain

no redness or bumps or anything.
it is just pain, and itch no visible marks at all.

what could it be?
