Pain around left abdomen that sometimes radiates to my inner

I'm a 23 year old male and just recently graduated from college. For over2 years i have had this swelling of some sort around my left aboden that comes and goes. Sometimes it is worse than other days. It is not a sharp pain but a dull pain that makes me nasueas and unable to do work. When i push on it it feels like my intestine may be inflamed buy then it might go away for a bit. When I sit for an extended period of time it runs down to my left inner thigh. The pain is worse after a long night of drinking alcohol and when I wake up in the mourning. I also get swelling around my left breast area near my armpit after I eat a big meal or work outside for an extended period of time. I have been to the doctor multiple times and nothing has ever been determined. I take nexium for acid reflux and have had a endoscopy and a CT scan but that was over 2 years ago and the pain and discomfort has never gone away. I can't hold down a steady job becuase i never know if i am going to feel good that day or have a really bad day.
