I have this extreme pain during erections that feels like i've broke my penis. it's on top at the base right under hair line... happened over the weekend, played volleyball, basketball and went bowling.. (think it happened durning the bowling) but feels like a vein is maybe clogged or there might be some type of knot in it... Crying or Very sad
