Pain for over 2 months- been to ER 3 times

I have had extreme bloating of my stomach for a little over 2 months now. It has been accompanied by severe stomach pains. More recently it has been with lower back pains and extreme pain around my ribs (sore to touch and hurt when i breathe). I've been to the ER 3 times and they have done numerous blood and urine tests and everything has come back negative and the doctors are baffled as to why my stomach gets as big as it does. Sometimes i look pregnant. Recently the rib pain and back pain is severe. I have a doctor appointment on the 31st. Any ideas what it could be and what i should get tested for?
