Pain in Left side of the stomach while musterbating plz help

I have a dame pain in the left side latter part of the stomach while musterbating this pain come when i when the sperms tries to come out the pain was so much it 3 moths a go but after 2 monts its still there kind of reduced the pain but it's still there

Any of who knws abt this ples help me since i'm mentaly down so much

Considering that the pain has been present for over three months now I would suggest you saw an urologist and checked if you had any underlying medical condition.
The problem is that you didn’t say anything about your age, masturbation frequency, other sexual habits and if any accompanied symptoms occurred.

It would be of great importance if you reported having any problems urinating, like frequency or pain connected to it. You age may be important as well.

Your urologist may decide to check your prostate especially if you are older than 40. he may suspect benign prostatic hyperplasia (prostate enlargement that has nothing to do with cancer); prostatitis-prostate inflammation; obstruction of the ejaculatory duct.
You may need to undergo certain tests like PSA levels, urinalyses, prostate fluids, you may need an ultrasound of the pelvic region but none of these tests are painful or uncomfortable and can only do you good.

Although some men experience ejaculatory pain due to psychosexual problems, I am not sure that they would appear with masturbation unless you had very strict upbringing.
