Pain in Penis after masturbation

Hi, I am a healthy 15 year old male. I went to the doctor for a routine physical exam and she said I might have an UTI. I admit to heavy masturbation but she told me that masturbation can't cause UTI. It did not start though until I started masturbating frequently. It stings sometimes after masturbation too. I am embarrased to tell her about this and she does not believe me anyways. Any suggestions or helpful advice? I also changed my diet this past year and have lost 70 pounds while in JROTC.

A UTI is just bacteria that causes it too sting, she should of given you antibiotics if i am correct? it should clear up within a few days.
