I don't know what's wrong... I was coming back from the beach, before I got in the car everything was fine... During the car ride I held my girlfriend in my arms for most of the trip... Now my lower abs hurt, and both my testicles hurt and are in pain. I did have an erection throughout most of the trip. What's going on?

I can’t think of a way that these two things are connected-I mean the pain and your unfulfilled erection. Although some guys may hurt when the blood has filled all the penile pores and when there’s no relief, it may hurt.

The only way to know if it is serious or just something transient is to wait a few days and see if it persists or goes down.
Unfulfilled erection should hurt only at the moment when it had(not) happened and then the pain should subside. If there’s some kind of infection or another problem, the pain and the discomfort may go on for days.

If it’s longer than a few days, have it checked with an urologist.

It was there... But it would only hurt in the afternoon... My testicles became very sensitive... but only for half an hour or an hour... But it's been two days without the pain now. There's no lumps, I checked...
