| Three nights ago I felt a pain in my lower stomach, nothing big there, I just ignored it and tried sleeping with limited success. When I woke up the next day I had diarrhea and nausea. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I wanted to I could not throw up and ended up spending most of my time sleeping waking up periodically with nausea. Now on day three, I have a severe discomfort in my chest, that only subsides when I take in a deep breath and hold it. It's really causing me concern, more so than the other symptoms which I had regarded to food poisoning. Will I be alright? Is this typical of food poisoning, or should I be concerned? Thanks for the help in advance. |
