Pain in head of penis while urinating -viagara related?

The pain kind of "pulsates" and is located in the head of the penis toward the underside. It occurs at the end of urination, not in full-stream.
I think it's related to the fact that I have a new partner who does prolonged stroking of the penis in that location exactly.
Also I take viagara.
There are no other signs or symptoms, although it seems that I'm "busting" to urinate more now than in the past.
Is it possible that my sexual habits and / or viagara are responsible by perhaps combining to cause blood vessel damage...?
