Pain in left side near stomach after mastubation or erection

hi am 24 i have pain near the left side lower part of the stomach near kidney area, this come soon after mastubation or even after little long erection of penis, it also happens some times when my urin blader is full.

in case of urin blader full my pain goes after some time on pissing , but in the case of mastubation the pain stays for one day and even two day then it goes.

iam really worried i mastrubate ones or twise in a week

can you please give me suggession.
