Pain in lower back, burning pain in both upper legs and test

My husband is experiencing terrible pain in he's back along the kindney
area but not having any urination problems. He than began to feel pain in his upper legs and now has pain in his testicals. He won't go to the dr. I have checked and there is no fever yet but it havs only been 24 hrs.

i know you husband doesnt want go to the doctor but he needs to make an oppinment ASAP.
