I'm assuming you're young? Well, I just want to put you at ease and let you know that I have those "knife jabbing" feelings as well. No, I have no idea why they're caused or exactly what they are for that matter, but I'm sure they're normal because several of my friends have confessed to feel the same thing. The sharp pains occur in my lungs or even in my kidney area sometimes. Who knows what it is. Also, you asked about pain in your back... this more than likely would have to do with your posture. I have horrible posture, and my back suffers because of it. Last of all, you mentioned feeling as if someone is squeezing your ovaries. They're probably just cramps when you're on your period, or believe it or not, it could just be gas. Don't worry about it. I'm sure you're healthy as a horse, but if you're that worried, then feel free to visit a doctor. They always know what's best. Smile
