Pain in right Testies for 10 days

I had sevear pain in right testies went to hospital the perform Testies Ultra sound and CT scan of lower part of abdomin. After reviewing doctor found every thing normal and put me on antibiotech medicin for 10 days. However I still feelpain and not sure what is the cause of it.
