Pain in stomach after gallbladder surgery

I had my gallbladder removed on Tuesday 1/22/08. I get rumbling and it feels like my insides are shaking when i go to lay or sit up? Is this from the gas they put in? Will it go away.
Also I'm a marathon runner...When will i be able to resume running...I finished a marathon a week before the surgery so I would start with 3 miles? Anyone else in the same boat?
