Pain in temples and above eyebrows

Hello,
For several months I dealt with a sinus infection on and off...it finally cleared up but now after a CT scan of my sinuses it appears I have hypertrophy of the turbinates. I've been getting stabbing pains in my temples and on top of my head and also get painful feelings on my eyebrows. I went to the dentist and I have to have to my wisdom teeth removed...could this be a cause of my pain in relation to the turbinate hypertrophy? I do have a cross-bite and notice my jaw clicks a lot when I open it or yawn...could be TMJ? I take Tylenol and Advil but they don't seem to relieve the pain much.

I'm most worried about the head pains as I suffer from anxiety so I tend to really worry about things.
