Pain in testicles and lower abdomen

i am 27 male and got hurt in my testicles 2 years ago, and had a pain since then in my lower abdomen consulted doctors. Doctors adviced me for Sonography and suggested me that i had kidney stone. but still my pain is not relieved as i know the cause of pain. now the pain moving back to left sholder and to my left leg.

kindly suggest me the right solution
