Pain outside my vulva area. Between pubic bone and labia

I been having some pain around my labia resently. I decided to check myself and found a blister outisde my labia on the left. It looks small and when I touch it hurts. I don;t know if is a blister but I never had one before. It does not look white, it just look loke a bump outisde my labia and the pubic bone. I am sexually active and not sure if this is a cause of having sex.

I have had a constant burning pain in the left side of my pubic bone for 9 years. I had injections that hurt like a ..........!!!!! But the pain kept coming back. It feels like I have a piece of sharp glass stuck there. Does anyone have this problem?

After having my babies I have a lot of muscle weakness in my hip flexors and a constant pain on my pubic bone. Almost as if the muscle on the bone (if there is one) is strained. I was told by my PT to ice it at night and it seems to help...I still don't know what it really is? I've also had pimple like things on my labia, my doc said it was probab;y a reaction to some new sanitary napkins I was using.

The burining pain could be vulvadynia. It is not an std or infection. I healed myself from it. There is no drugs to cure this disorder. Doctors give drugs that made me worse. I had to PH balance myself through diet. I know it sounds crazy but I stopped coffee, club soda, vinager, all fruit, all dairy(except a little butter). So I eat mostly veggies and all natural foods. I gradually added some fruit back and some treats from time to time. I am totally healed. Sex is pain free and the burning is gone. PLUS my blood pressure is low to normal, my migraines are gone and my acid reflux is gone. It took about a year for the burning to dissolve. Laura
