Painful Pimple Near Vaginal Opening

Recently, I have somehow gained a painful pimple near the vaginal opening. I've never had intercourse or anything of the sort. It hurts when I walk and urinate and can barely sit for long periods of time. Please, please help me for I have no idea what to do!
