Hello. I'm 24 year old male and just recently I have noticed some strange things related to my testicles.
About a week ago, after one rough sexual intercourse with my girlfriend- my testicles started ton hurt.
I was sure it was just a temporary thing and nothing more but I was wrong. Pain is just getting stronger and stronger.
Not only that! I have come to the conclusion that my testicles are also uneven. The left testicle is a big bigger and higher located. Please tell me what the hell is going on with me. I haven’t told anything about it to anyone; especially not to any doctor because I'm afraid what could he tell me!

I don’t know what to tell about your problem. First I would like to explain that, in normal conditions, testicles aren’t the same. Left testicle is always a bit bigger and higher because of better blood flow and there is probably nothing wrong about it- just you didn’t pay close attention before. Now about the pain!
There are many possible causes of testicular pain and some of them are direct injury (which I think is your problem), infections, varicocele and hydrocele, hernia, torsion, or cancer. I believe you have experienced the first one, injury during intercourse. This isn’t serious condition although it looks alarming! It will probably tend to settle within a few days. Some supportive underwear, painkillers and warm baths could be very helpful!

Hello, I’m a 28yr old male and I have been having some pain and discomfort in my testicles in the past week or so. It started as dull waves of pain from my lower left abdomen to my left testicles for the first day and then it continued the next day but not as bad and almost went away. Then it started on my right testicles the day after that. My left testicles have always been higher than my right, but I feel that the right hangs a lot lower then it should and my hang even lower than it normally. Basically my testicles just feel weird. There are no lumps or any other sign of “cancer” that I could see. It has been achy and I have felt just not normal since. What could be wrong???? Going to a doctor soon.

Going to a doctor is a good idea. Most of the bacterial infection cause acute and strong symptoms like pain, testicular swelling, even fever and chills.
Testicles do hang lower one from another and I personally don’t know of a problem that would put one even lower, hanging. It is quite possible that you noticed something you haven’t paid much attention to before because of the problems you’re experiencing now.
I would though of inguinal hernia but in that case you would experience pain in one side only.
However, it could be kidney stones that when become big or are trying to leave the body get clogged somewhere on the way and cause pain.
The thing is that nothing can be said or done without proper examination and possible ultrasound. The sooner you see a doctor, the better.

Hi, about three months ago i had a pain in my right testical, over the next couple of days they both became swollen and i was in extreme pain. I went to the doctors who said i had an infectection and gave me some anti-biotics. After a week of extreme pain the swelling went down but ever since then, they have been very tender and no longer hang like they used to but are very tight against my body. I have been back three times and keep getting told to give it a bit longer but i'm naturally concerned.
Should i be worried?

Thanks
