Painful, itchy, blister-like sores on inner labia

I have not had sex before, but I've come close and a day or so after trying to have sex with my boyfriend for the first time, I noticed I was really sore. Yesterday I checked to make sure everything was okay, and I noticed an area on just the right side of my labia that looked like dried blood. When I tried to wipe it off it hurt too bad to do much but nothing happened. Shortly after, this red area turned into two hard fairly large bumps. They were red with some white, now the next day they are white and one looks sort of black or dark blue in the middle. They are itchy and painful and it's hard to walk right. I told my boyfriend and he is sure he doesn't have any std's and I know there is no way I could have gotten them. I'm wondering what other explanations there might be for this, it did hurt a lot when we tried to have sex (which is why we stopped) but this isn't really the area I'd expect it to be if the sex was the problem. I'm very concerned and very uncomfortable so if anyone could help that would be great. Thanks.
