Does anybody here know what could be the cause for Painful ejaculations with hydroceles of both testicles? I have this Painful ejaculations problem. So, I went to a doctor who said that they are small hydroceles of both testicles which are probably the cause but that should go away on there own... But, this has been going on for two months now and it is only getting worse... Please Help!
It is possible but very unlikely that hydroceles would be the cause of painful ejaculations. I think that you should have more thorough examination. You should first have yourself checked for infection – both the testicles and a prostate. Then, urethral strictures or polyps can also cause these symptoms – have this checked out too. To put it in plain words, you should visit very good urologist for a very thorough examination
