Painful lump in groin area

I suddenly felt a painful lump larger than a normal spot in my lower groin area just next to the top of my testicles, it felt like a spot at first and I squeezed it causing quite a bit of puss to come out. Soon after it began to shrink and got less painful, but now has returned, and is painful again..just wondering what's going on if anyone can help?

I have a big lump on my lower groin as well and a day ago i tried to pop it but blood kept coming out with little pus. it is still large and hurts mostly when i sit. please gimme a list of diseases i might have
