I just started noticing this lump today. It may be because I got a new headset yesterday. I've never had my ear pierced. I'm 16, white, and I've had no problems with my ears until now.

It could just be a pimple.

I've had a few pimples in my ears & earlobes a few times over the years.

Try to take a break from wearing your headset every 20-45 minutes and let the ear area breathe.

If your headset has removable/washable ear pads, be sure to wash them out every week or so.
