So, from what my girlfriend has told me, her previous boyfriend (whom was her first) never really introduced her properly to sex and never seemed to care too much about her pleasure (and didn't care for her pain) or teach her how to enjoy herself during sex. This part I can take care of, but this next part I'm a little stumped on. The reason I think sex is painful for her is because I think she has trouble relaxing her voluntary vaginal muscles. I haven't actually had intercourse with her yet, but I've had my fingers in her vagina and I can feel on the top wall is a very stiff contracted muscle, at least that what I think it is. I've tried to get her to feel more relaxed during sex, but I cannot seem to get her to relax that particular muscle (again, if that is the actual problem).
Does anyone have any ideas?
EDIT: Problem solved. She just needed to relax more. |
