Hi
I am 29 years old and for about 4months I have been suffering from pain and burning in both testicles but mostly the right.This came on gradually and has been pretty much constant since. I did visit the doctor, took Doxicycline which seemed to make it go away but it came back about 3 weeks later. I have also taken ciprofloxacin but this doesnt appear to helped. My testicles don't appear swollen and I can't find any lumps etc. I also have pain in both groin areas and ocassionally the tip of the penis which sometimes shoots down the penis shaft but this comes and goes.
I have had unknown (not diagnosed as chylam or gonn) STIs previously but i have had blood, urine and swabs taken 3 times and these all come back negative. I am in pain and this is really getting me down. I am in a 6month relationship and my partner has had tests and these too are negative. I am booked to see a urologist but this is many weeks away. What could this be and what is the prognosis? I am very concerned about my fertility and how likely is it to be made infertile if I have Epididymitis/ Orchitis or other infection?
Thanks for reading and any replies would be gratefully recieved as this is becoming hard to live with and I see no light at the end of the tunnel.
