I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have these painless red spots on the shaft of my penis as well as the inner thighs. They come and go.Sometimes it takes awile for them to appear. It doesen't seem like herpes because there not blisters and aren't painful. It does semi- itch in the area. I do have diarrea on occassions but i also eat a lot of hot food. I live in AZ so it is very hot and sweating as well please help if u can.
