Pains in stomach with cramping and diarrhea

Spent 2 days in hospital after a "sudden" onset of vomiting , diarrhea and high temp.

fist x-ray showed a kink or small blockage in upper small intestine near the gallbladder area.
CT at 10 that night showed no blockage. Nothing difinite was diagnosed but put down as virus.


Now 2 days later I wake up to the same thing , just not violent and have low grade temp.

After coming home , It remembered that I had been feeling a fullness off and on for months around the area where my gall bladder was removed.


Could my symptoms be that of a kink in my bowel or lingering virus?
