Pains in upper stomach

i have been having pain in my stomach since i was 14...im 20 now,it use to only flare up at night and comes and goes..now it hasnt been going.im gassy,my stool is loose and i have inconsistent "Gotta go right now"bathroom urges.Ive had food poisoning before twice.Soda irritates it more.Here lately ive been having pain in my back where my kidneys are.Its not a kidney,bladder,uti infection,or std...all tests have been negative.ive been taking birth control since i was 16 but these pains didnt really start until i was sexually active.Its a dull consistent throbbing pain in my middle upper stomach.Its caused me to get so sick to my stomach ive vomited several times.What is wrong with me?Parasite?IBS?Gallbladder?It really didnt hurt bother me when i was pregnant though.I had it more under control when i was taking gas-x and fiber pills.I use to take diet pills also.
