Ok..On friday I got kicked in the balls and didnt think much off it (sorry for the language I am 15)..Well I went out and got pissed like a normal human bein on the friday woke up today..And when putting on some trousers it caught my left testicle and the pain of being kickedt he the balls came back...When having a closer look it appears that on the front of my left testicle there is a lump and when you touch it theres a agonising pain..Please help me I dont know what the f*** it is Crying or Very sad

it could be a VERY bad bruise or it could be something sereous
i would go to your doctor to find out even if you dont want to its the best idea

It could be Testicular Cancer, this can occur when one of the testicles is hit in this kind of way, and is normally quite painful when touched, go to your doctor I'd say.
