Hi. I have heard something about Palmetto berry natural supplement, that it is quite good for older men. I am 54 years old and so far in good health. However, my hair is thinning. Is it true silica vitamins can help slow hair loss?

Hi. I have found Palmetto berry natural supplement very effective in the age of 50 and more. I am 55 years old and I still lead an active lifestyle. I take one Palmetto berries capsule three times a day, with food. Sometimes I take two capsules (3 times a day). I know silica vitamins are good for your hair. Vitamins improve hair health (B vitamin). Silica vitamins can improve the texture and volume of your hair. Silica vitamins contain calcium, magnesium, zinc, horsetail extract, etc. And, what is good for your hair, it is also good for your skin and nails.
