Hi, I am 19 years old girl. I have periods for almost five years, but I can’t get used to them. I freak out every time I see blood, and sometimes I even faint. Because of that, I have panic every time before it starts. What should I do?

Hi, I can’t believe, I thought I was the only female with this problem! I know how you feel, I have Panic around periods too. When I wake up in the morning and see the blood all over the bed, I freak out! It is the worst feeling ever. I am always in panic when I know that the period is near. I’m finding excuses not to go to the school, because I’m afraid that the blood will pass through my pants, and that would be so embarrassing. It happened to my friend. I was shaking the whole day, and she wasn’t even upset about it, like it didn’t happen to her. I will definitely visit a doctor about these panic attacks around periods. I want to be like every other normal girl, and not to be afraid of something I can’t escape.
