Panic attack or separation anxiety?

I have never been away from my boyfriend for more than 16 or 18 hours in the past year and a half. But i've noticed that if he's away from me too long i start getting a nervous almost scared feeling, i'll get sweaty and shakey. i get tense and feel tingley. my chest starts to hurt and it's hard to breathe. This has been going on for a while. He just got a job out of town and is gone for 3 weeks, he's only been gone for 1 day so far but this has happened to me about 5 times since he's left for the airport. And every time is worse than the last. are these panic attacks? is it separation anxiety? can someone please help me out or give me an idea of what might be going on and what i can do. thanks alot.
