Hi, I am 39 years old mail. Every time when I feel sick, I get so scared that it could be something serious, I start sweating and my heart constantly beats like crazy. Am I becoming paranoid? What is wrong with me?

Hi, I know the feeling! Last time I felt panic, was two months ago. I had headaches and fever for several days. I went to a doctor and she told me that I have flu, I should lay in bed and drink lot of tee. However, I started convincing her that it’s something more serious than flu, and that she has to send me on some better examinations. I got a panic attack, and I almost passed out. It was so embarrassing, I don’t know how could I behave like that. But it is not the first or the last time it happened to me. I had a panic attack every time I was sick in last five years.
