I have had this strange feeling in the tip of my penis for about a week now that's got my mind all over the place. About the only way I can characterize it is it's an intermittent warm sensation in the tip. There is no pain, discharge, burning when urinating, bumps, pimples, or anything of that nature but I know my penis and the difference is noticeable to me because it just doesn't feel the same.
At first thought, I'm thinking my girlfriend probably has a UTI or yeast infection and I probably got infected although she hasn't said anything about that. But in researching both ailments, I don't exhibit any of the symptoms associated with either. Just that strange feeling in the tip. I really don't believe my girlfriend has been unfaithful and brought something home to me and I know I haven't been but I'm concerned that it could be urethritis of some kind, but from where?
As a preliminary before going to the doctor if necessary, I've been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice (if it's a UTI) to see what happens. Any ideas on what's going on?

hi there.i just have the same problem as you.i dont feel my penis completely.it just feels so different.and when i have erection i also get a severe pain in the testicles.and i havent had sex with anypone before.so cant be sickness that transmittes from somebody.
but it hurts like hell when i masturbate.
first it was just a little bit then it started to get bigger and bigger(about not feeling the penis).
so,if you find out ur problem can you plz tell me as well what is wrong?

hi there. i have the same problem that you mentioned.i dont feel my penis completely.it just feels a little bit.it is also very soft.like there is some air inside.
i also have a very severe and longlasting pain in the testicles after masturmating.i just dont know what is wrong with me.
need urgent help please..
