Help, my worst fear is about to come true. I am 23 years old and my parents have told me that it is time for me to move out and live on my own. I am so scared of it. I hate being alone and I don't have a job. I have just graduated college and I am looking for work but it is frustrating. My parents gave me 2 months to find a place. I do not even know how I am going to pay for food, rent, and bills. Housing is very expensive. Plus I have diabetes and medicine is very expensive. None of my friends live on there own and nobody in my family, especially women, left home till they got married. I am about to be the first woman in my family to be unmarried and living on my own. I am scared of living alone because I hate being alone. I am also scared that being on my own will hurt my chances of finding a husband, because I am afraid that the men will think I am a bad girl and would not make a good wife. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish you had lft more details, but just going on the little bot of information that you left I can make one suggestion to you.
And that is: In the meantime - while you are seeking a career position - try to get a job so that you will have a weekly paycheck coming in. And it can be any job at all - a waitress, a sales associate, a cashier, anything at all - at least you will getting some money coming in every week. Once you do that, talk to them and see if they would be willing to let you stay a while longer if you agree to pay them some set amount of money every week to help with the expense of you living there. Yeah, its difficult to look for a career position while you are working a full time job somewhere else, but lots of people have done it. With a bit of effort on your part, you can also make it happen. I'm not saying its easy, but welcome to life.
In the real world, life can be tough, no doubt about it. You have yet to experience life in the real world and that in itself is not a bad thing. We all go through it at some point, though every once in a while you'll hear of a 30 or 40-something year old person living at home still. Its very unusual, it does happen. Don't let this happen to you! Its not easy out there, but you can do it. Its quite gratifying being out on your own and taking complete responsibility for your life. You can do it. You just need to start moving forward, and make it happen for yourself - because no one is going to do it for you. But that is just the beginning. An average person will face numerous difficulties throughout their lives of some kind or another. Its inevitable - for most of us anyway. But hey, thats life! Welcome to it. You just take the good with the bad and deal with it the best you can. Thats pretty much all you can do. But you have to start somewhere. This is your opportunity. Go for it!
Good luck!!!!
