I have a partially torn frenulum, and I am unsure of what to do. Should I see my doctor about this and have it fully cut? I am not circumsized and do not wish to be.

i'd see your doctor - he will explain all the options to you

in your case he'll probably recommend cutting it properly, but leaving ur foreskin intact if you don't want to be circumcised

You don't have to do anything for a torn frenulum. In fact, this happens to most people.

A frenulum is the piece of skin under your upper lip which attaches to your gums.
