Partner suffers low blood pressure and bradycardia after hys

after a full hysterectomy, my partner has been suffering from symptoms such as spotted vision, unstable blood pressure,(Low) bradycardia, numbness of the legs. Is this a normal after effect of a full hyserectomy. This happens mostly where she would normally have her period and at night while lying in bed.
