Hi. I am worried about my son and I would like to find out more informations about his problem.
You know, my son is athlete and he is very good at this but I'm afraid to say- pretty new in the “business”!
He is very thin because he is not eating at all. Especially before some competitions. I'm afraid he will get ill or something because he is not taking a lot of nutrients every day.
I don’t know a lot about this and I would like to know is there anything I could do to help him. I heard some rumors about this diet “ Peak Performance” ! Is it possible that he is on this diet?

Yes, there is something you could do.
I have been using this diet for years now and it made me strong and ready before any competition.
When you join this program you get a program or plan for your healty eating.
Proper nutrition is important for your son and even more important when a physical activity is part of his day.
This diet is about using fruits and vegetables as much as you can. They are naturally low in calories, packed full of nutrients, and essentially fat free.
Different types of training dictate different nutritional needs so your son should talk with someone about this and determine what type he needs.
