Hi. I'm 32 year old female.
In a long history of my battle with overweight I have used many diets and some of them helped me, some of them didn’t.
I have some questions about using peanut butter as ingredient of some new diet.
I didn’t think this could be possible because in almost every diet I have used, it was strictly forbidden to eat peanut.
This doesn’t sound logical to me!

I understand you being confused about this. Often, when people think about peanut they are thinking about weight gaining and “forbidden fruit”.
But, recent studies show that the Peanut Butter Diet can helps you lose weight.
I, personally, adore peanut butter and if you're like me, peanut butter is among the foods you crave the most.
You are right about one thing, peanut butter is high in fat, but most of fat found in it is monounsaturated, the same "good fat" that's found in olive oil.
Beside this diet it is also recommended that you get a fair amount of exercise. Good luck
