The subject says it all. It started last night and this morning I noticed more blood.

Any ideas?

If you pee blood at any time, you need to go to see a doctor immediately. It could be caused by damage to your groin area, a UTI, a sexually transmitted disease, or something else. In any case, it needs to get treated now. I suggest you get yourself to urgent care.
