hi im 14 gonna be 15 in about 8 days

i masturbate not that often and i cant reach ejaculation
i jerk it with my hand and it feels nice but whenever i think im gonna have a
orgasm and i think im gonna ejaculate i feel kinda like i need to pee and then when i think im gonna ejaculate sperm i just pee instead of ejaculating

please help me im pretty scared and worried right now
is there something wrong with me, please tell me this is normal
i have grown some pubic hair but i dont have any amrpit hair
could i just being going through puberty slower or somethin

In my opinion it's perfectly normal to be incapable of ejaculating until the age of 15/16. My story was the exact same man except for the urinating. I'd reach a point to where i thought I was going to peak but it just wouldn't come. I'm positive it will hit you sooner than you think. Like kind of an Unexpected explosion.
