Pelvic cramping and discharge

About three months ago I found out that I had chlamydia. I had no symptoms except for the fact that I was going to the bathroom frequently. The doctor gave me antibiotics. About two or three weeks after I began experiencing cramping in my pelvic area. It feels like I'm going to get my period all the time. Mostly uncomfortable. I have a white discharge that has increased over the last two weeks and my breasts are sore all the time. The doctor did an ultra sound found nothing. He took some cultures and again found nothing. The infection has cleared, so I'm a little dumfounded has to what is causing this.

I have a very similar situation, I began feeling pain and cramping after I found out I had chlamydia, I also had taken 2 birth control pills in one day, because I messed up on my pills, so I wasn't sure if i had messed up my cycle and was going to get my period. But I took the antibiotics, and I still feel this sharp pain in my vagina, not sure what it is, but it seems similar to cramping?
