I have several queries but i think they're all linked to the same problem:

I am 16 in just over week and i cannot retract my foreskin past the glands. When i try to it hurts, the skin is quite loose on the shaft but i think the hole is too small for the glands to stretch through.

Even though i have this problem i still masturbate and ejaculate successfully (though it doesn't shoot out fast it tends to squirt out and drip down the side. Is it ok to masturbate whilst being unable to retract the foreskin?

Also a few days ago I noticed after masturbating that i have several small cuts on the part of the foreskin which covers the glands, I think it's from pulling back to hard and stretching it too much whilst masturbating. Will these cuts soon go?
Do I need to stop masturbating for a while in order to let the cuts heel?

What do i need to do to get all these problems solved and to be able to retract my foreskin?

you probably do need to stop for a while. i had the same problem. for all of them. you slowly need to stretch the opening. then you can get the glands over.
