Penile Papules_tiny bumps

I have developed these tiny, tiny bumps at the base of the penis head. I totally freaked when I saw it. I couldn’t even imagine how I got this! I knew it couldn’t be masturbation….so I was lost! I had to show them to my best friend. He told me he saw this on the internet when he was looking at the anatomy of penises. We checked again and noticed these are called Penile Papules. There it said they are harmless. Ok great, that’s a relief but how on earth did I get them? Can I remove them anyhow? Thx

Yes, Penile papules are harmless. I also have them. I went straight to urologist to check on them as I did have sex at the time they showed up. I also freaked. The doc assured me these papules are normal, not sexually transmitted and shouldn’t be removed. There is a way though, by laser surgery.
